1.1. A detailed explanation of our licensing policy

3 or fewer licenses are considered Individual licenses. Individual licenses (retail, competitive upgrades, and educational) receive one gratis install. In other words, if you purchase a single license, you may install on two computers (eg. one desktop and one laptop, for example). If you purchase two licenses, you may install on three computers (eg. 2 desktops, one laptop). Use this simple chart as a guide:

1 license = 2 installs

2 licenses = 3 installs

3 licenses = 4 installs

If you require 5 or more installs, you must purchase a site license.

Commercial site licenses are eligible for upgrades. We also offer software maintenance contracts for educational site licenses as well as commercial site licenses. Contact sales@audiofile-engineering.com with any questions.
