1.1. How do I access my user account?

On December 12th, 2007, we launched our new website. There is no longer a dedicated page for registered users.

Log in using the "User Login" button in the upper right-hand corner of the website.  Your username is the email address used when purchasing your license key(s).

 

 

Once you are logged in, you will find your License Keys for each application you own on the Support page for that application. Navigate the applications using the sidebar on the left.

 

 

 

At the bottom of the sidebar you'll find the My Account section. Update your account information, change your password, and even get a single list of all the application licenses you own:
